1.2 Why you should read them. Please read these terms carefully before submitting your order. These terms explain who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information. If you believe there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us to discuss.
2. Information About Us and How to Contact Us
2.1 Who we are. We are Auto Nexus Hub, specialists in supplying automotive parts and accessories in bulk across the UK.

2.4 “Writing” includes emails. When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes emails.
3. Our Contract With You
3.1 How we will accept your order. Our acceptance of your order occurs when we email you to confirm it, at which point a contract comes into existence between you and us.
3.2 If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you and will not charge you for the product. This may be due to stock unavailability, unexpected limits on resources, a failed credit check, an error in pricing or description, or an inability to meet a specified delivery deadline.
3.3 Your order number. We will assign an order number and provide it upon order confirmation. Please reference this number when contacting us about your order.
3.4 We only sell to the UK. Our website is intended for UK-based customers only. We do not accept orders from outside the UK.
4. Our Products
4.1 Product variation. Images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, actual products may differ slightly in colour and appearance.
4.2 Packaging variation. Product packaging may differ from images displayed on our website.
5. Your Rights to Make Changes
If you wish to amend your order, please contact us. We will inform you if changes are possible, along with any necessary adjustments to price, delivery timeline, or other aspects. If changes cannot be accommodated, you may have the option to cancel the order (see Clause 7 – Your Rights to End the Contract).
6. Providing the Products
6.1 Delivery costs. Delivery costs will be displayed on our website.
6.2 Delivery timeline. We aim to deliver products within 30 days of accepting your order.
6.3 Delays outside our control. If an event beyond our control causes delays, we will notify you and take reasonable steps to minimise the delay. If delays are significant, you may cancel your order for a refund.
6.4 Collection option. If you prefer, you may collect your order from our premises during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, excluding public holidays).

6.8 Ownership of goods. Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Your Rights to End the Contract

7.4 Exceptions to cancellation rights. You cannot cancel if:
(a) The goods are custom-made or personalised.
(b) The goods have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Your order was delivered in parts, in which case you have 14 days from receiving the final part.
Your order involves regular deliveries, in which case you have 14 days from receiving the first delivery.
7.6 Cancellation when we are not at fault. If you wish to cancel but are not entitled to a refund, we will refund any pre-paid sums for products not provided, but we may deduct reasonable costs incurred.
